Watches of Dubai is a complete ecosystem for the watch industry. Retailers integrate our catalogue directly into their own stores and dropship without holding inventory. Brands list with us to reach a distribution network they would otherwise have to build themselves. Buyers source wholesale stock at dealer prices. Brand owners design and manufacture their own watches from the ground up. Watches of Dubai: sourcing, stock and fulfilment. Dropship: Sell without holding stock. Wholesale: Buy in bulk at dealer prices. List your brand. Reach our buyer network. Make your own Custom OEM manufacturing. Four ways in, one operation behind them. We operate under NOXBRIDGE ELITE EXPAT LLC, licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams), UAE. Our team brings over 50 years of combined watch industry experience and has served more than 3,000 business clients.
We supply over 25 brands, including Seiko, Casio, Fossil, Michael Kors, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Diesel, Maserati, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, BOSS, Versace, Tissot, Movado, Burberry, Nixon, Marc Jacobs, Invicta, DKNY, Daniel Wellington, Tory Burch, Swarovski, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Lee Cooper, Daniel Klein, Quantum and Slazenger — alongside our own labels. The full brand list and current stock are shared in our catalogue. Request a copy, and we'll send the latest version.
Yes. Noxbridge is our in-house watch label and Big Daddy is our jewelry and watch line. Both are available to stockists at dealer pricing, with stronger margins than distributed brands and no competition from other sellers in your market, where an exclusivity arrangement is in place.
Yes. Every item we supply is 100% genuine, brand new and supplied with its original packaging. We do not sell replicas, counterfeits or refurbished goods under any circumstances.
For several brands, yes — our New Zealand entity, Nox Bridge Limited, holds authorised dealer status for more than 20 brands. We also supply stock through a legitimate parallel (grey) market. We're transparent about this because you deserve to know exactly what you're buying and where it came from.
Our authorised-channel range is listed at noxbridge.com. It's a focused list, not a long one, and we're actively adding to it. That focus is deliberate. We stock brands and models that actually sell rather than padding a catalogue with slow movers — a shorter list of proven sellers is worth more to you than a long list you have to filter yourself. Authorised stock is held in New Zealand. If you want an authorised-only range, you would integrate with that fulfilment location.
Yes. Watches supplied through the authorised channel carry the original manufacturer's warranty, with the warranty documentation and original packaging included. We also extend an equivalent warranty ourselves on stock we resell, so cover is in place either way.
Grey market stock is a genuine, brand-new product sourced through authorised channels in one market and sold into another, outside the brand's official distribution network for that region. It is not fake, not refurbished, and not seconds. The practical difference is the warranty: grey market stock may carry a supplier warranty rather than the manufacturer's international warranty. This is what allows us to price significantly below official distributor rates, and it's how a large share of the global watch trade operates. We always tell you which channel an item comes from before you buy.
Yes — original manufacturer packaging, instruction booklet and warranty documentation are included in the price unless the offer specifically states otherwise, for example, on some clearance or bulk pallet deals.
Pricing is tiered by order volume — the larger the order, the lower the unit cost. Dealer pricing is released once we've confirmed your business details.
Contact us, and we'll send current pricing against the models you're interested in. Indicative wholesale prices and recommended retail prices for a selection of our best sellers are also shown on our homepage. We don't publish one universal price list because dropshipping and wholesale are priced differently. Wholesale pricing reflects volume commitment and stock you hold yourself; dropship pricing reflects single-unit picking, packing and shipping handled by us. A single figure would mislead you either way. Tell us which service you're looking at and roughly what volume you expect, and we'll send pricing that applies to your model.
We invoice in USD, AED, NZD, AUD and EUR, and can accommodate most other stable currencies on request. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Payment is required in full before dispatch on first orders.
It depends on which service you're using, and the difference matters. Wholesale orders are quoted ex-works (EXW) from our UAE or NZ facility unless otherwise agreed. Shipping is quoted separately based on destination, weight and volume, and import duties and taxes in your country are your responsibility as the importer of record. For New Zealand and Australian customers ordering through Nox Bridge Limited, stock dispatched locally is already imported and duty-paid, so no further import charges apply. Dropship orders ship DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. Duties and taxes are settled before the parcel reaches your customer, and shipping and duty costs are integrated into your store during setup so you can see the landed cost at the point of order. See the dropshipping section below.
Wholesale orders typically arrive within approximately two weeks, and often sooner — the exact time depends on where that particular stock is sitting when you order. Dropship orders are considerably faster. We hold dropship stock in our own warehouses, so orders ship immediately rather than waiting on a sourcing cycle. Orders fulfilled from Dubai typically reach the customer in 1–4 days. Transit time depends on which of our warehouses your store is integrated with. Authorised-channel stock is held in New Zealand, which is fast for New Zealand and Australia but takes longer to reach the UK and Europe. We confirm expected transit times for your specific markets and chosen fulfilment location during setup, so you can publish accurate delivery estimates from day one.
DHL Express is our standard international carrier for most shipments, alongside Emirates Post and New Zealand Post. For destinations outside our operating jurisdictions, or for larger consignments where air express isn't the most economical option, we work with established freight forwarders and confirm the routing when quoting.
For wholesale orders, insurance is available as an optional extra at 2–5% of the invoice value, added to your invoice at the time of order. We strongly recommend insuring higher-value consignments. For dropship orders, parcels are covered by the logistics provider's standard protection rather than the 2–5% option. Every parcel is tracked and requires a signature on delivery, which is why losses are extremely rare.
We open an investigation with the carrier immediately and keep you updated throughout. Carrier investigations take time, and no claim can be settled until the carrier completes its own process. Where insurance was taken on a wholesale consignment, a confirmed loss or in-transit damage is settled by replacement of the goods or a credit to your account. Where insurance was declined, recovery is limited to the carrier's standard liability, which is generally well below the value of the goods.
We ship from Dubai and from Auckland, New Zealand. Which warehouse fulfils your order depends on stock availability and, for dropship partners, on which location your store is integrated with. Some bulk or brand-specific offers may ship directly from the source — we confirm the origin when quoting.
Yes. That's our dropshipping service — see the section below.
Yes. We supply authorised stock directly to your customers under your branding, with no minimum order value per order and no inventory investment on your side.
We dropship to almost all countries. The current exception is the United States, which we have suspended — see the next question. We confirm your specific target markets with you during sign-up rather than after. Every market carries its own customs treatment, courier coverage and transit profile, and we'd rather establish that upfront than have you discover a problem on your first live order. Tell us where your customers are, and we'll confirm coverage before you commit.
Not currently. We have suspended dropship shipping to the US until conditions improve. US import treatment of low-value parcels changed substantially — the duty-free de minimis exemption was suspended for all countries, and charges on individual parcels have become unpredictable, with occasional large bills arriving after delivery. We would rather decline the market than put you in a position where a customer refuses a parcel or you absorb a charge nobody quoted. We're monitoring this and will reopen US dropshipping when the treatment is predictable enough to quote honestly.
No unexpected bills. We ship dropship orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are settled before the parcel reaches your customer, so nothing is demanded at the door. Shipping costs and duties are integrated into your store as part of the setup. That means you see the landed cost at the point of order and can decide how to handle it: pass it through to your customer at checkout, or absorb it into your margin and advertise delivered pricing. Both work — the choice is yours. DDP matters most in the UK and Europe, where recent customs changes mean duty is now payable on consignments that previously passed through free. We treat it as standard for those markets rather than an add-on.
You list our products on your store, and we provide the product images and specifications. When you make a sale, you place the order with us, and we pick, pack and ship directly to your customer. Nothing in the parcel identifies us as the supplier.
No. There is no joining fee — you only pay for the products you sell. We also help you get set up, and where you need it we can build your website for you. Our team includes e-commerce and software development capabilities, so partners launching from scratch don't have to assemble a technical team before they can start selling.
We currently only integrate with Shopify, but WooCommerce is in the works. Our Shopify integration runs through the Synctec.io app, which handles live product syncing between our catalogue and your store — so your listings, stock levels and pricing stay current without manual updating. Shipping and duty costs are built into the same setup.
Live integration through Synctec is USD 69 per month. New partners receive credit that covers the app while you get your store built and make your first sales, so there's no cost during setup. The USD 69 covers live product, stock and pricing syncing thereafter.
Yes. The integration supports selecting your fulfilment location. This matters if you're building an authorised-channel-only range: our authorised brands sit with our New Zealand operation, so you would integrate with the New Zealand location. Established partners can sync more than one location into a single storefront. Tell us how you want your range structured and we'll set the integration up accordingly.
The 2–5% insurance option applies to wholesale orders, not dropship. Dropship parcels are covered by the logistics provider's standard protection, and every parcel is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Losses are extremely rare — the tracking and signature requirement is what keeps them that way.
Yes. Approved dropship partners get access to our product imagery, specifications, descriptions and metafields for use on their own storefronts. This can get your website's SEO started on the right path.
None. Dropship orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no supplier identification — no logos, no promotional inserts. Your customer sees a neutral parcel, and your relationship with them stays yours.
Yes. Our jewellery line, Big Daddy Jewellery (bigdaddyjewelry.com), runs on the same dropship and white-label terms and fulfils from the New Zealand warehouse only. Jewellery works particularly well as an upsell alongside watches — it lifts average order value without adding a new supplier relationship or a second integration.
Your customer deals with you, and you deal with us. We handle faulty-goods claims in line with our warranty terms; you manage your own end-customer relationship and returns policy. This is set out in full in our Dropshipper Agreement, which all partners sign before their first order.
Get in touch through our contact form, by email, or on WhatsApp with a short introduction to your business — what you sell, where you're based, and which brands or categories you're interested in. We'll come back to you with our current catalogue and wholesale pricing.
Send us the reference or SKU number, and we'll check availability and pricing. Our sourcing network extends well beyond any given catalogue, and we regularly fill specific model requests for clients.
Not yet. We process orders daily across a large number of references, so a static stock list would be out of date almost immediately. For now, we confirm availability when quoting your order, and we tell you before you pay if anything has moved. Development of our live online catalogue began in January 2026 and is scheduled to go live by the end of 2026. Once launched, approved trade customers will browse the full range and check real-time availability directly on the site.
We're actively building the live catalogue — until it launches, contact us directly and we'll confirm current stock and pricing for any model within one business day.
We will contact you before dispatch with three options: substitute the item with an alternative model, hold it for the next incoming shipment, or remove it and adjust your invoice. Nothing is substituted without your approval.
Yes. We produce fully custom, private-label watches for brand owners, corporates, sports clubs, hotels and gifting programmes — from a single design tweak on an existing case through to a fully bespoke movement, dial, case and packaging build. You can choose Swiss, Japanese or Chinese production, and we'll recommend the best origin for your cost, timeline and market.
Our standard minimum is 500 units per design. Depending on the model, movement and level of customisation we can often accommodate runs as low as 200 units — useful if you're testing a first collection or producing a limited corporate edition. Tell us what you have in mind, and we'll say honestly whether it's viable.
Between 20 and 90 days, depending on complexity, movement type and finishing. Simple dial-and-strap customisation on an existing case sits at the fast end; a fully bespoke case and packaging build sits at the longer end.
Design fees start from USD 499–2999 per project, covering concept development, technical drawings and revisions through to a production-ready design.
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample for your approval before the full run begins. Bulk production doesn't start until you've signed off on the physical sample in your hands. Samples range from USD 500 to USD 1999 depending on the specifications. A single prototype carries the full tooling, assembly and setup effort of a production run — it is genuinely the most expensive watch in your project, and the one that prevents an expensive mistake across the other several hundred. Sample costs are refunded when an order is made.
Custom packaging runs from USD 1 to USD 20 per unit depending on materials and construction — from a simple branded pouch through to a rigid presentation box with printed inserts.
Yes. The warranty on every watch we supply matches the warranty offered by the original brand — generally one to two years against manufacturing defects. The applicable term for any model is confirmed at the time of order. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover water damage, battery replacement, strap and glass wear, accidental damage, or damage from improper use or unauthorised servicing.
For items supplied through authorised channels, the manufacturer's warranty applies as normal. For parallel-market stock, our own supplier warranty applies — on the same terms as the original brand's cover. We tell you which applies to your order before you buy.
Faulty watches can be returned to us for repair under warranty. Contact our support team, and they'll guide you through the return and keep you updated until the item is back with you. We staff this deliberately rather than leaving you to a form and a queue — a fault on a watch your own customer is waiting on is time-sensitive, and you need a person to talk to.
Faulty items are returned to us for repair, as above. We don't issue refunds for a change of mind, for stock that hasn't sold, or for any other invalid reason — as a wholesale supplier, we can't carry that risk on your behalf. Please order to a level you're confident selling through.
Independent watch and jewellery retailers, online sellers and marketplace traders, regional distributors, corporate gifting buyers, and brand owners launching their own labels. We work with businesses at every stage — from first-order startups to established multi-store chains.
For our own labels — Nox Bridge Watches and Big Daddy Jewelry — territory exclusivity is available case by case, subject to agreed volume commitments. For distributed brands we're not in a position to grant exclusivity.
We're based in Dubai, UAE and Auckland, New Zealand, and we're happy to arrange a call, video meeting or in-person meeting where practical. Get in touch and we'll find a time.
Our team replies within one business day. Tell us what you're building and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right supplier for it.
